Danny Gonzalez | Goalkeeping Coach, Academy
The Timbers Academy hired González as their Goalkeeping Coach ahead of the 2024-2025 season. González brings over six years of coaching experience at the youth, high school, collegiate and semi-professional levels from his time living in Arizona. Most notably, he held the title of Director of Goalkeeping for the Barça Residency Academy (2023-2024), FC Barcelona’s first and only youth residency program in the United States.
González holds a USSF “C” license and is currently pursuing his USSF “B” license.
