We asked Dylan a few questions after the match.
What was your first memory of/first match supporting the Timbers?
"I don’t have a specific memory of my first Timbers match, we have been coming since the USL days. But one of my earliest memories of a Timbers game was when my youth soccer team got to be the ball boys for a game. That was a very fun experience for a young boy."
What was your favorite moment of the match tonight?
"I think my favorite moment of the match was [Andrés] Flores’s run for the goal. I loved the hustle and interchange - and it lead to a goal, which always helps."
Who would you nominate as Player of the Match?
"I would nominate [Zarek] Valentin as Man of the Match. LA consistently attacked down his side and he was equal to every challenge."
What is your prediction for the next MLS match – Timbers vs Sporting Kansas City?
"I think we will beat Sporting 1-0 (at least I hope so)."
What else should we know about your Timbers fandom?
"I think one of my favorite pieces of Timbers memorabilia is an old USL poster I have signed. It was really the first time I went out and tried to get the team’s signatures and I have had it for a while."
