In Week 10 of the MLS 2016 season, MLSsoccer.com named Portland Timbers midfielder Darlington Nagbe to a spot on their Team of the Week following the club's 2-1 loss to Vancouver Whitecaps FC in Canada.
Though Portland didn't get the win, Nagbe was a spark throughout the game with dribbles, incisive runs and setting up the team's lone goal for teammate Nat Borchers.

Player (Week 10 Audi Player Index Ranking)
GK: Clint Irwin, TOR (#37): Wasn't the busiest MLS 'keeper on the weekend, totaling three saves, but came up big to preserve a one-goal win with two difficult stops in the second half.
D: Damien Perquis, TOR (#112): TFC's rugged central defender was both intense and composed as he led the Reds to their fourth clean sheet of the year, and against FC Dallas' high-octane attack to boot.
D: David Horst, HOU (#63): Paired well with Agus in central defense, and had an impressive performance in helping Houston keep a clean sheet in their 2-0 win over Kansas City.
D: Ronald Matarrita, NYC (#72): Dominated the left flank against D.C. in attack and on defense, stripping balls from players and serving in great crosses.
M: Darlington Nagbe, POR (#20): His team didn't get the W at BC Place, but he put on a magnificent showing just the same, with an assist, two key passes, an 89 percent pass completion rate, nine successful dribbles and tireless work on both sides of the ball.
M: Sacha Kljestan, NY (#56): Was all over the midfield on Friday night at Orlando, finding pockets and connecting passes, then sprinkling in defense-splitting passes.
M: Jermaine Jones, COL (#67): Jermaine Jones, the No. 10? You better get used to it. Netted the lone goal in Colorado's rivalry win and led his team by example both going forward and in defense.
M: Ignacio Piatti, MTL (#2): Scored two goals, including a gorgeous one in the first half, and drew a penalty kick to lead the Impact's incredible comeback.
M: Masato Kudo, VAN (#8): Not only scored his first MLS goal, but also chipped in an assist to fuel Vancouver's comeback win over Portland.
F: Gyasi Zardes, LA (#18): Didn't score himself, but twice found Robbie Keane at the back post for tap-ins. His strong play at the No. 9 position opened up all sorts of space for Keane and Giovani dos Santos to work their magic.
F: Jordan Morris, SEA (#7): Continues to make great strides after a slow start to his MLS career and netted in his fourth straight game with an excellent take against San Jose to cap a good all-around performance.
