With an MLS Player of the Week to his name following a two-goal, one-assist performance in a Timbers 6-1 win over San Jose, Portland midfielder Diego Valeri was also named to the MLS Team of the Week for Week 12. Teammate Diego Chara also snagged a spot on the TOTW bench for his strong performance in the victory.
Week 12 consisted of the 16 matches played between Sept. 16-20 of the 2020 MLS Regular Season.
