Darlington Nagbe became the fifth different Portland Timbers players to win the AT&T Goal of the Week award on Friday, picking up nearly 60 percent of the fan vote to easily top fellow Cascadia star Kenny Miller of the Vancouver Whitecaps.
Nagbe – who pivoted and fired a right-footed wonder goal that led Portland past visiting FC Dallas last weekend – is the second straight Timbers player to win the award following Diego Valeri’s win in Week 15.
