It was a slow match that finished quick on Wednesday night, as the Portland Timbers and Sporting Kansas City drew to a 0-0 result at Providence Park.
As Jack Jewsbury donned the armband, the mid-week match quickly turned into an offensive showcase. Portland was particularly on alert, as they slammed Kansas City again and again on the attack.
The Timbers Army showed up in force, with a banner hung from the capo stand that read, "From Jack to King."
Another two stick was captured featuring Adam Kwarasey as "The Ladies Man" from SNL fame.
All in all, it was a beautiful September night at the park as the Timbers grabbed a point and Kwarsey picked up yet another shutout.
Let's check out the night in social to see if your post made the cut.
