7 Portland has beaten San Jose at Providence Park in MLS play seven times, which ties for the most home wins by the Timbers against a single MLS opponent with the Colorado Rapids. In its 10 MLS matches at Providence Park against the Quakes, Portland is undefeated with three draws along with the seven wins.
