After helping the Portland Timbers to their second win in a row on Saturday – a 2-1 victory over Toronto FC midfielder Sebastián Blanco was named to the MLS Team of the Week, presented by Audi for Week 9.
Blanco led his side with three shots, three key passes and had an assist on the game-winning goal to forward Jeremy Ebobisse, who also earned a spot on the Team of the Week bench.
