40 With his assist on Lucas Melano's 64th-minute goal, Diego Valeri moved into the top 50 for most assists in the history of MLS with the 40th of his Portland career. Valeri's 40 assists are tied with David Beckham, Patrick Nyarko, Dema Kovalenko and Jesse Marsch.
