The Timbers and Sunshine Division are teaming up in support of Hunger Action Day, and will play host to a food drive at Saturday's match vs. Colorado. Learn how you can help and what food items are of need.
The Portland Timbers and Sunshine Division are teaming up in support of Hunger Action Day, and will play host to a food drive at Saturday's match at Providence Park against the Colorado Rapids.
Fans are invited to support the food drive and help local families by dropping off food at donation locations near Gates D and F. The Sunshine Division has provided a list of particular items of need:
- Peanut Butter
- Canned/Dried Beans
- Cereal
- Pasta/Rice
- Dry Box Dinners (i.e. Mac & Cheese)
- Granola Bars
- Canned Soup
- Canned Tomato Products
- Canned Vegetables & Fruits
- Sugar
- Flour

Earlier this the month, the Sunshine Division was one of several local nonprofits to participate as part of the club's annual Stand Together Week. Members of the club and partners spent time volunteering at a Sunshine Division warehouse boxing and sorting food.
