Week 8 of the 2019 MLS regular season saw the final unbeaten teams fall and some of the winless teams pick up their first victories, a fact reflected in the Team of the Week presented by Audi.
For Portland, defender Jorge Moreira scored his first goal in MLS as part of the Timbers' 3-1 win over Columbus and played an involved and strong game throughout that included a team-leading 72 touches in the right back position.
