PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Timbers announced today that forward Jeremy Ebobisse has undergone a minor procedure to repair a meniscus tear in his left knee.
In his third season with the Timbers, Ebobisse finished tied for first on the team with 11 goals and was the only player on the roster to appear in all 34 league games in 2019.
Ebobisse, who sustained the injury last month while on duty with the U.S. U-23 Men’s National Team, will conduct his rehabilitation with the Timbers sports medicine staff at Providence Park and at the Providence Sports Care Center. He is expected to return to action in time for the start of preseason.
