PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Timbers announced today that midfielder Eryk Williamson underwent a successful anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructive surgery on his right knee. The procedure was performed by Dr. Richard Edelson in Portland.
Williamson will miss the remainder of the season and his timeline for return is approximately ninemonths. He will conduct his rehabilitation with the Timbers sports medicine staff at Providence Park and at the Providence Sports Care Center.
