Ever wanted to get a player's shirt right off his back?
On August 21, 2015 when the Portland Timbers host the Houston Dynamo at Providence Park, you'll have a chance to do just that with the special annual Timbers Jersey Auction, sponsored by Tim's Cascade Snacks.
Starting now, supporters have an opportuntity to bid on players jerseys at the Stand Together Auction website. Winning bids receive an exclusive package that includes two tickets to the August 21st game, an opportunity to meet the player on the field after the match, receive the player's game worn jersey, get it signed, and take a photo with the player. This year, the team is wearing limited edition jerseys that showcase images of MLS fans’ on custom numbering.
Proceeds benefit the club's Stand Together community outreach platform, and Portland Timbers Community Fund (PTCF) which supports local, charitable, nonprofit organizations in the areas of focus of youth education; youth sports; youth health and fitness; environmental awareness and activism with youth and families.
