PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Timbers today announced the launch of the first official MLS team-branded emoji pack, “Two-Stick: Timbers Messenger”. This free application, celebrating the iconic imagery of the club, features 40 custom icons and is now available for download.
Working with local Portland developer Sticky Co, ”Two-Stick” is free and includes custom designed icons such as Timber Joey’s chainsaw, the axe, green smoke, a log slice and a number of Portland Thorns FC specific images. The application can be downloaded in both the Apple and Google Play App stores and all images and texts in the emoji pack can be shared across all primary communication platforms such as email, text message, Facebook and Twitter.
The app is built for Android 4.0+ and iOS 8.0+ and configured to allow fans to use their phone’s native emoji keyboard alongside the Timbers emojis in their message.
