PORTLAND, Ore. – Midfielder Cristhian Paredes earned, then scored, a game-tying penalty kick goal in the 80th minute as 10-man Portland Timbers came from behind to earn a 1-1 draw with Orlando City SC Sunday afternoon at Providence Park.

After cycling the ball around the 18-yard box, midfielder Sebastián Blanco got free in the box and hit a shot that forced a finger-tip save from Orlando goalkeeper Mason Stajduhar.
