2 After his two-goal performance against LA, forward Jeremy Ebobisse was named MLS Player of the Week. Ebobisse is the second Timbers player to win Player of the Week honors this season, joining Diego Valeri.
8 With his headed goal in the Timbers last match, defender Larrys Mabiala is up to eight goals score in MLS regular season play. Those eight goals are the most of any defender in Timbers history.
3 Portland has six different players with three or more assists this season. That is tied for most players with three or more assists of any MLS team.
4 The Timbers are currently on a four-game winning streak, their longest of the season. Portland's last winning streak of four or more games was a six-game stretch from April 14-May 26, 2018.
6 With their 6-3 victory over the Galaxy on Wednesday and their 6-1 victory over the Earthquakes in September, the Timbers are the sixth team in MLS history with multiple games with six or more goals scored. Portland had never scored six goals in an MLS match prior to this season.
