USL Team of the Week
T2 goalkeeper Kendall McIntosh was named to the USL Team of the Week for Week 25 after helping Portland to a 1-0 shutout victory over Saint Louis FC at Providence Park on Sept. 1. McIntosh made six saves in the win, logging his fifth shutout of the 2018 season. Additionally, the shutout was the club’s 10th of this campaign, which ranks tied for fifth in the USL. With his selection, McIntosh is the ninth different T2 player to earn a spot on the USL Team of the Week this season.

In T2’s 1-0 win over Saint Louis FC at Providence Park on Sept. 1, midfielder Victor Arboleda scored the game-winning goal, while midfielder Renzo Zambrano tallied his second assist of 2018. With the assist, Zambrano has logged either a goal or an assist in his last four starts. Forward Foster Langsdorf ranks tied for fourth in the USL in goals scored (14), and has tallied four goals and an assist in his past four starts dating back to Aug. 15. Tulsa Roughnecks FC (2-13-11, 17pts) enter Sunday’s match following a 4-4 draw on the road against Seattle Sounders FC 2 at Cheney Stadium on Sept. 5, which extended a four-match losing streak dating back to Aug. 18. Roughnecks FC are winless (0-8-6) in 14 games on the road this season and currently sit in last place in the Western Conference standings.
