Fresh from an MLS Goal of the Week performance in the Timbers' 2-1 defeat of LAFC, forward Samuel Armenteros followed that up with a two-goal game in Portland's 3-2 win over the Colorado Rapids. The goals propelled Portland to their sixth win in a row and earned Armenteros a spot on the MLS Team of the Week for Week 13.
Armenteros' first goal in the game – and incredible turn and finish (seen above) that drew parallels to a memorably similar goal for Arsenal's Dennis Bergkamp in 2002 – is also nominated for MLS Goal of the Week. VOTE.
