The Portland Timbers notched its first road win of the season with a 2-0 victory over the San Jose Earthquakes on Saturday night at PayPal Park. Making his MLS debut, goalkeeper Logan Ketterer saved a penalty kick and delivered Portland's first clean sheet of the season.
Yimmi Chara and Marvin LorÃa scored the goals in the victory while Eryk Williamson notched two assists.
